  • Feature: Introducing standby disks for BYOC runners across cloud providers. Standby disks maintains a warm pool of boot disks for BYOC runners. This allows for ~10-15s runner startup times. Read more about standby disks here.

    Note: AWS connection version >=1.2 is required for standby disks to work on AWS BYOC. Please upgrade using WarpBuild UI - https://app.warpbuild.com/dashboard/byoc .

  • Feature: Adds Windows Server 2022 (x86-64) runners support. The technical details of the runners are here. For the complete list of tools available on the runner, see here.

  • Removal of Xcode 14 and 16 from macOS 14 ⚠️ Breaking Change

    Xcode 14 and 16 have been removed from GitHub macOS 14 runners on November 4th. Only Xcode 15 will be made available. More details on the GitHub announcement here.

    WarpBuild macOS 14 runners have been updated to reflect this change. The newly launched macOS 15 runners can be used when Xcode 16 is a strict requirement.

  • Feature: macOS 15 (arm64) is now available on WarpBuild with the label warp-macos-15-arm64-6x. More details here

    Note: The image is based on GitHub's macOs 15 arm64 image which is currently in beta. Frequent changes are to be expected.
