Helios uses a flexible credit-based pricing model that scales with your usage. You only pay for what you use, with no minimum commitments or hidden fees.
Workflow Cost = Node Cost + LLM Cost
Nodes cost 0 credits by default. You can use your own API keys or OAuth integrations for saving credits.
Helios is designed to be the most user-friendly way to build workflows and automate everything. We are not the cheapest, but we offer the most powerful and flexible platform with 100% coverage of the capabilities of the tools we integrate.
LLM Costs
Different AI models consume different amounts of credits per call. Almost every node in the workflow is agentic and invokes LLM calls to perform its task.

Fallback Pricing
For unrecognized or new models that are not yet classified, Helios applies a default rate of 10 credits per call until the model is properly categorized.

Bring Your Own (BYO) models allow you to use your own API keys and pay the same low rate regardless of the model complexity.
Node Costs
Premium nodes provide advanced capabilities and consume credits based on their complexity:

- Control nodes: switch, if, merge, delay, etc.
- Integrations: HubSpot, Notion, Resend, Slack, Stripe, and 1000+ others
- Basic operations: Data transformation, filtering, routing
Premium Nodes (Variable Credits)
- AI/ML inference: GPT, Claude, Gemini, custom models
- Web scraping: Automated data extraction
- Search APIs: Web search, document search
- Advanced processing: Document analysis, image processing
- Compute-intensive operations: Complex calculations, data analysis
How Credits Work
Credits are consumed when your workflows execute. The cost depends on the complexity of your workflow and the resources it uses:
- Control nodes (if, switch, merge, etc.): 0 credits
- Integrations (HubSpot, Notion, Slack, etc.): 0 credits
- Premium nodes: Variable credit cost based on complexity
- LLM calls: Credit cost varies by model class

Our graduated pricing structure offers better rates as your usage grows:
